1. General Agreement

By placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by these terms. Monginis provides bakery confectionery and snacks for local home delivery and outlet collection.

2. Order Handoff & Processing

Upon submitting your order request, your order is recorded in our system with a unique reference number (MNG-YYMMDD-XXXX). The order summary is passed to our dispatch team for confirmation, address verification, and delivery scheduling.

3. Pricing & Delivery

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes. Orders above ₹399 qualify for FREE delivery in serviceable pin codes. Standard delivery fee of ₹49 applies to smaller orders. Same-day delivery cutoff is 6:00 PM IST.

4. Perishable Goods & Cancellations

Because our celebration cakes are freshly baked to order, cancellations are accepted within 15 minutes of order placement. Once a custom design or 3D decoration has commenced baking in our central kitchens, orders cannot be cancelled.
